Web Sites

The following is a series of web sites that I have designed both individually and as part of a design team. There are examples of both school-related web sites as well as commercial web sites designed for real-life clients for a variety of purposes. These sites were designed using a wide range of development tools including Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Front Page.

This web site was designed for the ITI Fundamentals module. It served as the home for our team deliverables, agendas and status reports. It was also the web prescence for our fictional company …thinc.

Something Xtreme
Something Xtreme Travel Adventures was the fictional client during the Fundamentals module. Our team designed a web site suitable for a real-world client. The finished product was presented to an existing travel agency for their evaluation.

Sport Nova Scotia
Sport Nova Scotia is the home of amateur sport in Nova Scotia. During my internship to complete my Recreation degree at Dalhousie University, I designed a web site as a school project. Soon thereafter, SNS became my first client for commercial web development.

Canadian Canoe Association - Atlantic Division
The Canadian Canoe Association, Atlantic Division, is one of over 60 provincial sport governing bodies under one roof in Halifax, NS. The CCA-AD was my second commercial client. This web site serves as a source of communcation for the members of the CCA-AD as well as providing information for interested outside parties.

Volleyball Nova Scotia
Volleyball Nova Scotia is another provincial sport governing body. This is one of my later clients and is in fact still under development.

Precision Floor & Roof Truss
Precision Floor & Roof Truss is a company located in Bedford, NS. This site was designed commercially to provide a world-wide showcase for their products.
